FAQs

Good to know

What should my swimmer bring to their first lesson?

A swimsuit, towel, and goggles. We'll send full arrival instructions — plus your required waiver and medical form — in your welcome email right after booking.

What's your cancellation policy?

Reschedule for free with 24+ hours notice; cancellations under 24 hours forfeit the session. If we ever need to cancel — due to illness, an emergency, or unsafe weather — you'll always get a free make-up, never charged as a missed session.

Do you offer make-up lessons?

Yes — one make-up lesson is allowed per month for cancellations made with proper notice, valid for 60 days.

What ages and abilities do you teach?

All ages and abilities — children, adults, seniors, competitive athletes, individuals with disabilities, and adult beginners easing into the water for the first time.

What are your payment and refund policies?

We accept credit/debit card, Zelle, Venmo, and cash. Single sessions are paid at booking, packages are paid upfront, and memberships bill automatically on the 25th of each month. Packages are fully refundable within 30 days of purchase (used sessions prorated at the single-session rate); memberships can be cancelled anytime with 30 days notice.

How will I know how my swimmer is progressing?

You'll get a progress update every 4–6 lessons, tied to specific milestones in our leveling system — so you always know what your swimmer is working on and what's next.

Do you travel to our pool or building?

Yes — for lessons at your building or a private pool, a $20–30 travel fee applies depending on location.
